Vabres-l'Abbaye, in the heart of the Sud-Aveyron region, is home to a charming and delicious cookie factory. Adeline handcrafts aperitif cookies: thyme, olive, goat, Guérande salt or Roquefort, as well as a sweet range: candied orange, chocolate and aniseed navettes, giant cookies and oreillettes. All without coloring agents or preservatives, and with ingredients sourced mainly from Aveyron agriculture. She welcomes visitors to her bakery to explain her work and her convictions, and sells her products online and in stores.
