Cooperative winery offering a range of red and rosé wines in Valady.
Based on an identifying grape variety, the Fer Servadou, locally called Mansois, and vines planted on terraces on a rougier type of soil, this cooperative cellar offers a range of red and rosé wines, a walnut wine as well as an aperitif: the ratafia which can be enjoyed with a melon as well as with a good chocolate fondant. As for the wines, thanks to very different vintages, sometimes light, sometimes stronger, they go well with almost everything.

Très beau lieu en campagne dans un tout petit village. Un local restauration pour groupe. Menu excellent et personnel très sympa . Aucun problème de stationnement. Nous avons même joué à la pétanque. Repas de la classe 70ans.
