La Fabrique du Rougier is a café-restaurant, a grocery store, a recycling center, a concert venue, an artisanal cannery and, more broadly, a living space open to the town. David and Iseult, neo-Aveyronnais, run the place as a family, to the great satisfaction of Villecomtal's residents. In the kitchen and in the dining room, they use local produce with great virtuosity to offer their guests delicious plates and snacks for every mealtime of the day (filet mignon with red plums, roast duck and figs...).
