Arnaud Carrière is at the head of this pleasant address, where he and his young team offer meat from Aveyron cooked in the best way: over a wood fire. From the grill, he brings out beef ribs and veal ribs or steaks, duck breasts and lamb chops presented on a slate and accompanied by homemade chips or wok vegetables.
