A restaurant with bar and terrace, located in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, offering traditional, homemade and open cuisine.

Opened in 1999, this restaurant enjoys one of the finest locations in the Bastide, opposite the famous collegiate church. Inside, in the modern, cosy dining room, or on the terrace sheltered under the arcades, Hassan serves a singular cuisine, but very much from Aveyron. His inspiration comes in the form of a Terroir menu (farçous, charcuterie, estofinade, tartare or veal liver) and a 100% vegetarian menu, which includes an excellent hummus. The Dali's menu is more generous, combining cheese and dessert, while the other two offer one or the other.

La cuisine est bonne mais le service est long trop long sans aucune attention pour le client. Malgré 2 demandes nous n'avons pas eu le café commandé sans que cela affecte le serveur au moment de payer l'addition.

Super resto, cadre idyllique au pied de la collégiale. Plats raffinés confectionnés par le patron très sympa et le service au top avec des serveurs au top ! Le tout avec des menus très abordables.
Bref un resto incontournable sur Villefranche de Rouergue.
Je recommande vivement.

Un repas simple mais très nutritif pour un peu moins de 20 euros. Nous devions nous rendre à un mariage le soir et l'homme nous a immédiatement concocté une véritable planche d'apéritif avec des plats locaux. Un repas léger. L'homme est très sympathique et serviable. Le restaurant est situé sur la place du marché du village avec une jolie vue sur la Bastille.
