AUBERGE DE LA POSTE *
Hotel-restaurant serving old-fashioned local menus based on farm poultry and fresh vegetables
The rooms of this hotel, among the cheapest in the city, are full during the summer season. The decoration is at the same time rustic and very kitsch seventies. In the dining room, you'd almost think your meal was simmered in those copper pots and pans shining on the wall. Even if these grandmotherly utensils have not been used, the chef has at least listened to the recipes they tell and now serves old-fashioned menus that are well rooted in their terroir. Here, the poultry is farmhouse and the vegetables are just as fresh.
