In a medieval town with narrow streets, Arts et Galets, a former gourmet restaurant, has been transformed into a smoke house, meaning low-tech, wood-fired cooking. The menu features a number of unusual dishes, including a duo of smoked pig and chicken bones, cod fillet with rougail sauce, and a pull beef burger. The side dishes are just as original. In addition to the traditional duck fat fries, you can try a cream of pea and baked bean soup.

Cuisine bonne mais service déplaisant
Attente interminable plus d'une heure.
Le serveur était seul et faisait sûrement comme il pouvait mais plutôt que de s'excuser du mécontentement de ses clients qui était en attente plus d'une heure, qui n'était pas servis par ordre d'arrivée et qui n'avait pas tout ce qu'ils avaient commandé il était à la limite de l'insulte dous-couvert d'un humour de mauvais goût. :"les mamies ne sont jamais contentes" ou bien"vous n'avez pas eu votre plat parce que vous avez grogné" . Nous avons tout de même eu la gentillesse d'attendre par respect pour la cuisinière tandis que d'autres sont partis avant d'être servis. Bien que Villenevoise, la cliente ainsi traitée n'y retournera pas et ne recommandera pas.

What does not that you can taste here with pleasure with foie gras and duck breast of the Southwest. The presentation of this establishment where we like to come and go, is defined in a few words: simplicity and good taste as far as the places - friendly welcome and fine - impeccable and discreet service - dishes as pleasant to discover eyes and enjoy - is an excellent value for money.
