In a medieval town with narrow streets, Arts et Galets, a gourmet restaurant, works exclusively with wood-fired appliances, meaning smoke house and low tech. Le serveur était seul et faisait sûrement comme il pouvait mais plutôt que de s'excuser du mécontentement de ses clients qui était en attente plus d'une heure, qui n'était pas servis par ordre d'arrivée et qui n'avait pas tout ce qu'ils avaient commandé il était à la limite de l'insulte dous-couvert d'un humour de mauvais goût. :"les mamies ne sont jamais contentes" ou bien"vous n'avez pas eu votre plat parce que vous avez grogné" . Nous avons tout de même eu la gentillesse d'attendre par respect pour la cuisinière tandis que d'autres sont partis avant d'être servis. Bien que Villenevoise, la cliente ainsi traitée n'y retournera pas et ne recommandera pas.
