Carine and Arnaud Chotard work with their local duck and goose-breeding partners to promote local farm produce and prepare tasty dishes. All are homemade, and many have won medals at the Concours Général Agricole. You can buy preserved and semi-cooked foies gras, stuffed magrets, pâtés, rillettes or even dry duck sausage with foie gras directly from the store. By reservation, they can also prepare dishes on request for nearby gîtes.
