Isabelle est talentueuse. Chaque plat est un voyage délicieux. Bartholomé sait parfaitement conseiller les vins pour accompagner cette cuisine exceptionnelle.

Toujours très bien reçus, dans la simplicité et la bonne humeur. On s’y sent à l’aise.
Très beau choix de vins et de bons conseils.
Les tapas sont travaillés et très bons.
C’est une excellent adresse à Auch, une adresse qui manquait cruellement à cette ville.
