It's said in Auch that this is THE butcher's shop to know. But this place, dedicated to quality meat, charcuterie and delicatessen dishes, is also an excellent eatery. On the restaurant side, it's a cute little place where lovers of good home cooking come to feast on lasagne, succulent paupiettes and other delights. It's a simple menu, on the slate: the gustatory pleasure is always there. What's more, Pauline Rigole and Dimitri Mazares, the owners, are instrumental in making La Bona Vida an address where people love to come to eat. A nugget!
