Tasty Gascon cuisine in a restaurant with a friendly terrace in Auch.
With its small dining room and convivial terrace, La Table d'Oste offers tasty Gascon cuisine. The "Hambur-Gers" is a fine example. A duck breast cut in half surrounds a thick slice of pan-fried duck foie gras. Cassoulet is prepared with Tarbais beans, reputed to be finer, and confit sausages. The platter showcases the expertise of local artisans and producers: foie gras, charcuterie, cheese and croustade. A very pleasant establishment, both in terms of welcome and atmosphere.

Ridiculously small cheese share.
Dessert: small pastis Gascon accompanied by an ice cream that is served with a few small nondescript fruit salad. Slow service.
Avoid.
Taste the duck stew, and Hamber-gers (appetites of sparrows abstain) accompanied by their small purée (including vitelotte potatoe, mmmmhhhhh), you will not be disappointed!
At the foot of the restaurant, a collection of bottles of old Armagnacs, impeccable if you celebrate a birthday and the year birth is):
A very good address, remember to book because the room is a little small and therefore the number of limited seats.
And quite rare mentioning: guests are passionate motorbikes, so if you come on two wheels with your tools, you will be welcomed!
