Since the hotel was taken over by Li and his family, the Relais de Gascogne has become a Chinese restaurant. Nuit de Shanghai welcomes you in two large rooms separated by a superb counter. Here, the cuisine is flavoured with lemongrass, nuoc mam, coriander, soy sauce and chilli pepper to spice up dishes that come straight from China, but also from Thailand and Vietnam. If Asian flavours don't tempt you, no problem, the bistro menu with its entrecote or its grilled duck breast will take over. Friendly welcome.
