Dominique treats the gourmets with his good mood and quality dishes. The menu is mainly dedicated to pizzas with about thirty proposals. The Landaise with its foie gras is a must, but you will also find more classic suggestions such as the Romaine (artichokes, onions, mushrooms, cheese, tomato). As for the brasserie, the beef bourguignon is regularly served as well as the home-made chocolate mousse. Located in the old town of Auch, without pretension, the brasserie is ideal for a quick meal at a reasonable price.

Elle propose aussi des pizzas mais je ne les ai pas goûtées, mais à ce que j'ai vu elles ont l'air aussi très appétissantes.
Le confit de canard, passage dans le Gers oblige, était délicieux. Mais la cuisine est savoureuse de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert!
Le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique.
Ce restaurant est situé pas trop loin de l' incontournable cathédrale .
C'est un endroit tout en simplicité et très agréable que je recommande.
J y retournerai pour goûter les autres plats.
