A nice address for oyster and seafood lovers in Auch.
Le Parc à Huîtres is one of the rare oases in the Gers region where iodine and the ocean come together on the plate. The restaurant doubles as a superb boutique selling top-of-the-range seafood, with fish and shellfish that change with the tides. A dozen varieties of oysters are on permanent offer, from Brittany, Vendée, Normandy and even Ireland. Bulots, shrimps, langoustines, crabs and shellfish are also on the menu. You can sit down to a magnificent platter of your choice, or take it home with you.

Restaurant très agréable, service prévenant et attentionné, bons produits, très bon champagne que je ne connaissais pas (un chardonnay) ,juste un bémol pour l'accompagnement qui gagnerait à plus d'originalité et vous aurez 5 étoiles pour la cuisine, nous avons passé une excellente soirée.
