Velouté très épais et relativement fade, blanquette ok mais légumes en accompagnement réchauffés et gratin dauphinois très très aillé. Le tout servi quasiment froid.
Pas d'attente du tout par contre au niveau du service.
Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus travaillé, mieux présenté.
Dommage !
