The Restaurant du Golf d'Embats is worth the detour for its sublime panorama and pleasant terrace overlooking the valleys of the Gers. You'll be warmly welcomed in the dining room, while the chef gets busy in the kitchen, concocting dishes that bear the "Sud-Ouest" hallmark. Duck foie gras in terrine or pan-fried, duck breast, confit or cassoulet all vie for your attention. On the sweet side, apple tart or crème brûlée are a sweet ending.
