You won't want to miss this store selling regional products at the foot of the cathedral. The Ramajo family raises ducks and geese in Dému, transforming them into fine local products. The preserves and prepared dishes feature foies gras, of course, but also stuffed neck, garbure, cassoulet... Un moment inattendu , repas sur le pouce à 15h avec une superbe assiette de foie gras, servi par une femme remarquable et qui aime son métier, des produits régionaux succulents et une vue sur la cathédrale unique!!!
