A dungeon known as the "Bach Tower" or "Masse", hosting painting and photography exhibitions.

The keep of Bassoues is incredibly high (43 m!) and well preserved. It was called "Bach Tower" or "Masse", surely because of its size. Built in 1371 by the archbishop and cardinal Arnaud Aubert, this masterpiece of military architecture is very solid, thanks to its buttresses. Climbing the 197 steps of the spiral staircase allows you to discover the history of this tower, but also to discover a sublime panorama. The dungeon also hosts exhibitions of paintings or photographs for the pleasure of visitors.
