More local? No way! Founded in 1957, Maison Bordevieille evolved from a farm to a processing plant in the 1980s. Today, three generations carry on this heritage. The grandchildren, Audrey and Alexandre, also contribute to the business. Paul and Paulette, the grandparents, continue to offer their products for tasting: they are "real people", friendly and welcoming. Foies gras, confits, pâtés and ready-made meals are made in their cannery next door.
