A restaurant with a terrace that is as much about the beauty of its setting as it is about its quality semi-gastronomic cuisine.
Sébastien Gilbert and Laurent Mames have established themselves in this old mill to execute a semi-gastronomic cuisine of great quality. Partly troglodyte, the restaurant is a charming fortification. In this enchanting setting, you will be served farandoles of flavors: fine tart with semi-cooked foie gras and figs and Banyuls, fillet of sea bass with its gratin of sweet potatoes with ginger and a reduction of cream of coral lentils. For dessert, let's mention the white chocolate and rose dome and the blackberry flowing heart. In the summer, you can enjoy the terrace.

Cadre très agréable bon service, une carte avec des menus très cohérents dont un menu avec des verres de vins pour accompagner chaque plat.
Cuisine excellente.
J'y retournerai avec beaucoup de plaisir.
