The star fruit of this family-run farm is the Ente plum, which yields artisanal prune-based delicacies.
Christelle and Florian Roujol's plum orchards, farmed using sustainable agriculture methods, provide the raw material for their artisanal products, which contain no colorants, preservatives or additives. Their mi-cuit pruneau won a silver medal at the Saveurs Nouvelle-Aquitaine competition in 2020. They also make a delicious prune cream and a plum jam cooked in a copper basin for preserved aroma (also awarded a medal in 2021). A prune brandy and prunes in liqueur complete the range.
