The star fruit of this family-run farm is the Ente plum, which yields artisanal prune-based delicacies.
Christelle and Florian Roujol's plum orchards, grown using sustainable agriculture methods, provide the basis for their artisanal products, guaranteed free of colorants, preservatives and additives. Their mi-cuit pruneau won a silver medal at the Saveurs Nouvelle-Aquitaine competition in 2020. They also offer a prune cream and a plum jam, cooked in a copper basin to preserve its aromas, which won a medal in 2021. Eau-de-vie de pruneaux and pruneaux à la liqueur complete this delicious range. We love it!
