Fabien Candelon and Nicolas Ricau, two childhood friends, set up their organic black garlic factory in 2019. Since then, their small business has been going strong. Every year, 6 tons of garlic heads come out of the oven. They source their organic garlic exclusively from Lomagne producers. They have developed a range of products, from whole heads to peeled cloves, black garlic paste, a mustard and scented honey, and even an organic beer created by Jean Brasse. Available direct from the lab on the farm.
