DOMAINE DU MOULIÉ

In Navarre, moulié means "mill" and "sucker", a well-found name for this area formerly placed on the road of the mill. This very ancient site, which appears on the 1980 th century registers, belongs to the Spoof family since the early s. Since 2002, it is the daughters of the house, Lucie and Michèle, who take care of the exploitation, one manager of winemaking and the rearing of wines when the other is interested in the culture of the vine on the slopes. Productive teamwork, because the 16 hectares, 14 for madiran and 2 for pacherenc, produce five different vintages. With modern equipment, the two sisters are converting the field to biological culture. At the end of the road, a beautiful recognition, the Madiran Tradition having been named "Wine Ambassador"!
