BISTROT LA TUILERIE
It is in the old village tile factory that Cathy and Julien opened this modern and warm restaurant. They have managed to preserve the spirit of the place with an industrial decoration that adapts perfectly to it as well as photos that remind us of its activity of yesteryear! It is in this personalized and contemporary setting that a traditional, simple but nevertheless delicious cuisine awaits you. No menu, but a slate made with fresh and seasonal products, which is renewed according to Cathy's inspiration, because it is she who officiates in the kitchen. Veal chop, duck breast, fresh liver fried with apples, salads and crispy goat or salmon, flambéed prawns: we like the variety that does not only revisit the standards of the Southwest! The desserts are in the same spirit, chocolate or fruit, profiteroles or crème brûlée: the chef is having fun delighting her guests! Two terraces complete the premises, one of which overlooks the Castelnau and its bell tower. Far from being monotonous, this refreshing establishment serves as one of the most enjoyable gourmet stops.
