Le Florida is one of the Gers region's great restaurants, a legendary inn that has embraced modernity. The decor reflects the menu: contemporary and refined. Manon and Rafael are now at the helm, still surrounded by chef Marc Abramovici, who boldly reinvents local produce in every season. A creator of exquisite specialties, he also sublimates the house's historic dishes, such as pan-fried Gers foie gras. New for 2025: theme evenings, such as the Iberian theme with gourmet tapas, will be organized!

Excellent restaurant du Sud ouest avec une cuisine travaillée à partir de produits frais. Dans un cadre agréable, on bénéficie d'un service de très bonne qualité.
La formule midi fait partie des meilleurs rapport qualité prix qu'on puisse trouver.

Avec un menu à 14 € le midi dans un cadre très agréable et cuisiné par un chef , et oui cela existe au Florida. La carte est élaborée , le service est du niveau de la cuisine et du cadre. Une grande table même sans étoile.

Excellente étape dans le Gers. Raffinement, convivialité et mets exquis pour ce restaurant de renom, repris par Baptiste, le fils qui donne une touche plus moderne mais qui garde les classiques de la cuisine du sud ouest.
