Chef Charlotte Latreille has been at the helm of the kitchen for several years now. She revisits the regional repertoire, regenerating it with her own creativity. Products such as foie gras, armagnac and organic goat's cheese are sourced from the best farms in the Gers. The menu varies with the seasons, but classics include roast guinea fowl tournedos, roast black Bigorre pork chop and smoked lamb fillet. Charlotte's cuisine is entirely homemade, including the bread, pastries and ice creams!

The hotel has a bit of faded grandeur. We loved it. We had not reserved dinner. The manager tried to book us into other local restaurants as they were fully booked. There were none available. |He arranged a separate table in the breakfast room. His wife is the chef. We were treated to a fabulous meal, the very best of French cooking. The next morning with her daughter, the chef was in the kitchen garden picking vegetables. Manager / sommelier recommended various local wines which were superb. We followed by samples of Armagnac. He was a perfect blend of sommelier, maitre d, and host.| Plumbing worked flawlessly, the shower was large, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We loved it so much we stayed a second night and enjoyed another superb dinner.
Le spa est d'une grande qualité et on a pu en profiter à deux. Mon mari a bénéficie d'un massage très pro et efficace
L'équipe a été à l'écoute et a même eu une jolie attention pour nos 5 ans de mariage avec un cœur de pétales sur le lit.
Repas terrasse belles prestations du goût de la finesse et de bons vins
