Chef Charlotte Latreille has been at the helm of the kitchen for several years now. She revisits the regional repertoire, regenerating it with her own creativity. Products such as foie gras, armagnac and organic goat's cheese are sourced from the best farms in the Gers. The menu varies with the seasons, but classics include roast guinea fowl tournedos, roast black Bigorre pork chop and smoked lamb fillet. Charlotte's cuisine is entirely homemade, including the bread, pastries and ice creams!

Poached foie gras is a marvel. The same for the grilled sturgeon. A beautiful good place that is worth the detour.
