MARCHÉ DE CAZAUBON

The market is held twice a week. The Rue des Thermes is pedestrianized on Wednesday mornings in Barbotan, while the Place de l'Eglise is taken over by producers on Friday mornings in Cazaubon. An open-air market, it's mainly devoted to food, but you'll also come across a few producers of armagnac and micro-production beers. The region's flagship products abound on the stalls, including the inevitable foie gras, but also delicious organic farmhouse cheeses. Lovers of fine produce won't want to miss these events!
