A rustic dining room with fireplace, and a typical land kitchen concocted by Anne-Marie Dupouey: Gizzards salad, chaud livers, old conflict, grilled magret, grilled chicken. For the stuffed hen, the cassoulet, book two days in advance, the gascons stews do not improvise. Contradicting complemented by homemade pastries, the local meal offered by this hostel is memorable.

inescapable address. Very good quality local produce. Cuisine of our large Gascon mothers to stay more than reasonable. I would go back as often as possible for its welcome, its setting and its cuisine

Très bon accueil, c'est pour cela que je mets 2 points.
Pas de licence IV, donc pas d'apéro.
Une soupe de perle du japon, rien d'extra-ordinaire.
Salade "gourmande": Trois bout de salade recouverts d'une dizaine de tranches de gésier premier prix de metro, une tranche de pain sec avec un bout de foie gras bas de gamme et trois tout petits morceaux de magret séchés ou cuits, on ne sait pas trop...
Une petite cuisse de confit pas très confite et de banales pommes de terre rissolées.
Une minuscule part de croustade qui, certes, était bonne.
Un café de cafetière ordinaire.
Et tout ceci sans aucune décoration.
Franchement, préférez partir sur une petite brasserie des environs, ou vous mangerez deux fois mieux pour deux fois moins cher.
