Philippe Duchemin is a passionate roaster. He specializes in high-altitude coffees, distinguished by their aroma and smoothness. " I respect the beans through slow, artisanal roasting ", he declares. The origin of the coffees rotates according to supply. They come from South and Central America, East Africa, India... Organic coffees are also available in the boutique. A range of teas and infusions should be available soon. Recommended address for lovers of (good) coffee.
