LES JARDINS DE LA BAÏSE
Refined cuisine, with local accents, in a restaurant in Condom.
Hidden behind the blue shutters of Lectoure, the restaurant of the Continental Hotel offers refined cuisine with a strong local accent: escalopes of pan-fried duck foie gras and roasted apples with floc de Gascogne, pike-perch and pan-fried quinoa with green vegetables, duck breast from the Gers and potato gratin with cep sauce, Gascon pastis with apples and Armagnac... The best of regional products are integrated into recipes that have made the reputation of French cuisine. Vegans are not forgotten with a dish from the market.
