CHÂTEAU LE COURRÉJOT
The Giacosa family has been operating this Condom vineyard since 1967. Patrick and his son Vincent work 10 hectares of vines dedicated to armagnac. They own their own alembic and master every stage of the production process. They warmly welcome you on a tour of their estate to explain the work in the vineyard, the differences between grape varieties, the distillation process and barrel filling. The tour ends with a tasting of their armagnac!

Courréjot aperitif
Nose - aromatic: white fruit candy, baked apple, white fruit paste and back to baked apple. Palate - sweet, baked apple candy, a touch of marshmallow, prune almond and prune..
Armagnac 5 years old
To be enjoyed as an aperitif, like a good Whisky, on a bed of crushed ice. Nose: a light vanilla note accompanied by pear fruit paste, a touch of caramelized banana and a hint of sweet spices. Palate: a soft attack, well marked by caramelized vanilla followed by spices and a hint of flambéed banana, with a light vanilla and spicy finish.
Armagnac Vintage 1993
On the nose: sweet spices, candied pear and apple with a hint of vanilla. On the palate: the same aromas are found on the nose and palate. A touch of banana flambé embellishes the whole. The finish is discreet, with notes of vanilla, pear and spice.
Prunes in Armagnac
Nose - perception of coffee, a touch of tea, prune stone, prune and prune in brandy... Palate - the juice - fat, round, greedy, well sweetened, sweet tea plus a tiny bit of marshmallow, honey followed by a hint of prune. palate - the fruit - vanilla prune, sweet just right, vanilla prune with a touch of Armagnac and a hint of tea...
