The Ramajo family's foie gras has been making a name for itself for over 4 decades, winning a gold medal at the Concours Agricole in 2018. It was one of the first canning stores in the Gers. Since then, they have perpetuated the values they hold dear: natural, local, home-made. Of course, you'll find some fine specialties: goose or duck foie gras, fresh, whole or semi-cooked, sausages and dried duck breast, as well as a tasty range of prepared dishes including confits, cassoulets, goose daube and roast duck breast stuffed with foie gras.
