Pierre-Laurent Larrieu, a child of the country of Gersois, has opened his own artisanal canning plant in Dému. He produces quality fatty livers, often rewarded at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris. Among the classics proposed by Pierre-Laurent Larrieu, the liver block, the whole fatty liver in pots from 130 to 440 g, the half-baked in cans or jar, simply salted and pepper. These fatty livers can be accompanied for delicious sweet sweet flavors of a delicate figu'o floc, a fig conflict to floc of Gascony or a conflict of onions to floc… Alternatively, you can also buy half-baked cuit, Piment pepper or Madagascar pepper for more originality… Pierre-Laurent Larrieu also seduced gourmets with his ready-to-serve sauce, sold in pots, or prepared dishes such as get quails, stuffed neck or rolls rolled in the Foie gras. Mais attention si vous faites une commande, la livraison laisse beaucoup à désirer : le transporteur ne prévient pas du jour de livraison et - en mon absence - a déposé les colis sur le trottoir sous ma boîte aux lettres (commande plus de 600 €.....).
Dommage, mais je ne ferai plus appel à ce commerçant.
