FERME DE MEILHAN
For nearly 30 years, the Boulet family has been growing geese and ducks on the Ferme farm. On the menu, just good southwest products: foie gras, conflict, neck stuffed, magret and much more. Gourmets can turn to more elaborate dishes such as the duck salmis (kind of roasted meat stew), the canard duck flux, or the dessert of duck conflict. If you come to the farm, you will be entitled to a visit to the farm and the cannery. If you have the right idea to come into group (upon reservation), owners can also offer you a free tasting of their products.
