La Vie en Rose is a gourmet pocket restaurant serving Eauze and its visitors. The chef takes great care in preparing his dishes, using fresh local produce. When the weather's fine, enjoy a meal on the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. On the menu, delicious grilled duck confit or monkfish and scallops with roasted baby vegetables, and for dessert, the famous warm croustade or prune clafoutis with armagnac. The house is an ambassador for Le Tariquet, one of the most famous wine estates in the Gers.
