La Vie en Rose is a gourmet pocket restaurant serving Eauze and its visitors. The chef takes great care in preparing his dishes, using fresh local produce. When the weather's fine, enjoy a meal on the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. On the menu, delicious grilled duck confit or monkfish and scallops with roasted baby vegetables, and for dessert, the famous warm croustade or prune clafoutis with armagnac. The house is an ambassador for Le Tariquet, one of the most famous wine estates in the Gers.

Nous mangeons ici pour la 9ème fois au cours des 2 dernières années. C'est toujours un plaisir d'être ici. Service 10 points. Cuisine 11 points. J'espère être ici bientôt à nouveau. Super endroit pour prendre un très bon repas.

Le meilleur restaurant de loin à Eauze.
Leur cuisine est régionale mais haut de gamme. Quels plats phares : le foie gras mi cuit, les ris d'agneau, les magrets , et toute sa carte. On a du mal à choisir. Merci pour Eauze
