La Vie en Rose is a gourmet pocket restaurant serving Eauze and its visitors. The chef takes great care in preparing his dishes, using fresh local produce. When the weather's fine, enjoy a meal on the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. On the menu, delicious grilled duck confit or monkfish and scallops with roasted baby vegetables, and for dessert, the famous warm croustade or prune clafoutis with armagnac. The house is an ambassador for Le Tariquet, one of the most famous wine estates in the Gers.

On se fait envoyer paître, pour ne pas être vulgaire, par le patron au téléphone lors de la prise de réservation. Ce restaurant n'a pas besoin ni des clients fidèles, ni de leur argent apparemment. Je viens régulièrement, je suis extrêmement déçu par cet accueil discourtois, pour ne pas dire vulgaire ! La vie en rose.... mais pas pour les clients !!!....
