La Vie en Rose is a gourmet pocket restaurant serving Eauze and its visitors. The chef takes great care in preparing his dishes, using fresh local produce. When the weather's fine, enjoy a meal on the terrace or in the air-conditioned dining room. On the menu, delicious grilled duck confit or monkfish and scallops with roasted baby vegetables, and for dessert, the famous warm croustade or prune clafoutis with armagnac. The house is an ambassador for Le Tariquet, one of the most famous wine estates in the Gers.

De passage ce week-end dans le Gers belle escale sur une super terrasse accueil d une patronne agréable et à l écoute ainsi qu une jeune serveuse très pro quant au repas des ris d agneaux sublimes et un confit conforme à la tradition gercoise

Accueil chaleureux, cuisine excellente avec un menu varié et local. Les sets de table en papier et la sous tasse ébréchée sont des pistes à améliorer. Merci encore pour ce dîner ravissant !
