Easy to find, with 15 dormitory beds available at a ridiculously low price, Eauze's communal gîte d'étape often has room at the last minute, especially for pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela, but also for solo travellers, young and old alike. The little extras: a competitively priced breakfast and standard but modern and healthy facilities.
