Do you know Armagnac? Have you ever drunk grape juice? Then, without perhaps knowing it, you know the floc de Gascogne. This aperitif drink is a subtle blend of fresh grape juice (2/3) and armagnac (1/3). Like wine, it is available in white, rosé and red versions. Classified as an AOC, it can be drunk chilled, but also with foie gras, cheese or dessert. It is produced in the Armagnac region, in three departments.
