Raised in the open air, force-fed in the old-fashioned way with grain corn from the farm's own production, it is carefully cooked. You will find all the typical recipes you love: pâtés, rillettes, garbure, confit, foie gras... all at a very affordable price for an undeniable quality! In the small shop with its exposed beams, charm and friendliness are waiting for you. The mistresses of the place also offer a superb gîte in a traditional Gascon house.
