Monique and Bernard Molas' farm is a magnificent 18th century manor house that they have patiently renovated. They raise ducks and geese which they transform marvellously: whole duck foie gras, whole goose foie gras, block of duck and goose liver, stuffed duck neck... You won't be disappointed when you taste their award-winning products at agricultural fairs. Gites and B&Bs allow them to organize themed stays, tasting weekends and workshops entirely dedicated to foie gras cooking.

Une femme très sympa, qui explique très bien,les différences des fois gras .. avec une dégustation . l'endroit est très Naturel,pas de chichis,des animaux des l'entré, mouton, cheval, chien... mais je n'ai pas vue les canards ni les oies, mais je suppose que cela tient ( à la grippe Aviaire !!) Les animaux doivent être a l'intérieur ?

Décevant
ne pas y aller pour la visite annonce car vous allez tomber de haut. Nul il n y a rien. Pas d entretien. Pas d élevage. Les seul animaux sont 2 ânes et 4 chevaux a et j alais oublier 2 poules.
De plus les produits sont bien plus chers que chez d autres producteurs
