Organic saffron harvesters since 2017, Émilie and Guillaume, members of the Collège Culinaire de France, share their passion for this precious and delicate spice nicknamed "red gold". Their aim? To offer you healthy, local, hand-picked saffron of exceptional quality. In their store, saffron is available in filaments, but also in saffron products such as jelly, vinegar, syrup, gourmet cream... They're not short of creativity. Open days are organized in October and November. Come and meet them!

Saffron filaments - 0.1g sachet
Saffron filaments, organically grown, certified ISO 3632 category 1. For maximum flavor and color, our Saffron needs to be infused between 2 and 48 hours. it can be infused with any hot or warm liquid (chicken broth, milk, wine, water, etc.), depending on the dish being cooked. Useful information: in most recipes, a 0.1g sachet of saffron is enough to prepare a dish of 8-10 plates.
