MARCHÉ
All year round, Fleurance hosts an important traditional market on Tuesday mornings, one of the most authentic and preserved in the region. Market gardeners are concentrated near Saint-Laurent Church, while the hall houses butchers and cheese producers. Adjacent streets are home to merchants of clothing, shoes, hats and other objects or accessories, especially before Christmas or in the high season, where it becomes difficult to find a way through! At the same time, from the beginning of November to the end of March, it is the fat market under the small green hall of the Place du Foirail: producers arrive at 8:30 am, but the public can only enter it from 10 am. Be careful, you have to be on time: professionals and restaurateurs can take everything in a quarter of an hour! On Saturday morning, the town hall of Place de la République houses a small market for fresh produce, so that the Flowers can again do some shopping before Tuesday and prepare their Sunday pots.
