Gil Masselin, a former chef, and his wife who dared the adventure of the " Made in Gascony " biscuit, have concocted some unusual combinations of Gascony terroir and Mediterranean sunshine on their beautiful farm. Their brand Croc & Miam offers sweet and savoury biscuits, in a wide range that varies according to the seasons. They offer a wide range of sweet and savoury biscuits, depending on the season, such as palets gersois with floc or armagnac, and Gascon hearts... to add to snacks, coffee, tea, breaks and desserts. Small pleasures to be crunched that you can also find in local shops.
