Making old waffles, in cast-iron molds (just as old) as we did a century ago, is the gamble of Véronique Buégé. Passionate about pastry, she has regained this ancient know-how and once again manufactures these special waffles made of thin and crispy biscuit and flavoured with tree-like orange, lemon, vanilla or bergamot essences. You can also taste its "crubulets", even more fine and rolled. These products are available at the Baïse Grocery Store "Camping Gascon", you can also order and remove it at the same location.
