The "Pizza" neon is discreet, the front, unlike the ostentatious one, and the man behind his counter remains simple and welcoming. Here, we make pizza with fresh products, a homemade tomato sauce, dough processed on site and blends ranging from the most classic to the most innovative... and good! Chef Guillaume, trained by the French School of Pizzaïolos, is inspired by seasonality to create "ephemeral" pizzas in addition to his menu of about forty recipes and this is how Le Petit Futé opted for the temporary creation with a red pesto pizza, mozzarella, smoked bacon, Saint Marcellin, honey and mesclun and its sweet and salty side that makes fly. The chef works on opportunities and creates his recipes according to his inspiring desires. You will of course find all the "known" pizzas, but with authentic Italian products depending on the arrivals (scarmoza, mozza di bufala PDO, pancetta...) as well as a choice of pasta and other suggestions sometimes.
