The delicatessen is brimming with quality products: mustards, oils, salts, mature cheeses, a selection of choice charcuterie, as well as a well-stocked cellar, with wines by authors and fine labels. Our offers and services
Lafage Le Vignon
This red wine was born on a high-altitude terroir with schist soils, on the foothills of the Canigou mountain range. Syrah 30%, Carignan 55% and Mourvèdre 15%, vinified in part by carbonic maceration. After a long vatting period and twenty-four months in wood, we discover a world of softness, minerality, fruit and a hint of green pepper.
